Privacy
How we handle the information you give us through this website. Last updated 2 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by Coorie Well. We are in the process of registering as a company; our full company details will appear here once registration is complete.
This notice covers this website only. It does not cover the Coorie Well care recording service, which has its own data protection arrangements with each care provider.
What we collect
If you use our contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, organisation (if you give one) and your message. We also record when you sent it, and whether you arrived from one of our links or QR codes.
We don't use cookies, tracking or advertising tools, and we don't load anything from other companies' servers when you visit.
Why we use it
Only to read your message and reply to you. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you've asked to talk to us and we need your details to reply.
Where it goes
The site and your messages are stored with Cloudflare, who host the site for us. A copy of each message is emailed to our inbox, which is run by our email provider. Both may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
Like any website, the hosting service sees your IP address in order to deliver the page and to stop the contact form being flooded. We don't store your IP address with your message.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the form are deleted automatically after 12 months. The emailed copy is kept for as long as we're in conversation with you, and deleted when it's no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. To do any of these, use the contact form and tell us what you'd like.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
